Recent changes to the Texas Administrative Code now make it possible for an individual who has a 4 year degree from an accredited university* to challenge a TExES content exam without enrolling in an Alternative Certification Program.

Candidates shall have a baccalaureate degree earned from and conferred by an institution of higher education that is recognized by one of the regional accrediting agencies by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, (THECB)

At South Texas Transition to Teaching-ACP,LLC we are committed to the success of all future teacher candidates that are interested in making teaching a career. As such, South Texas Transition to Teaching ACP, LLC offers tutoring classes in all teaching areas/contents offered by our program. You are not required to enroll in our ACP program to participate in our tutoring classes.
