What are the fees associated with becoming certified?

This is one of the most asked questions for prospective students to ACP's across the state. As a graduating student from a college or university, cost can be a major deciding factor when choosing careers. Below you will see that our fees are very competitive for those starting off in education and we keep your checkbook in mind.

What is an internship fee?

It is a fee deducted from an interns monthly pay while actively employed as a teacher in a qualifying school district.  The deductions occur over a period of 10 months ($300 monthly), during which time, you will be partnered with a mentor teacher (by your principal) as well an experienced field supervisors (by SoTex-ACP) for important feedback regarding your work as a teacher.  The internship period is vital to the completion of your educator preparation.
