Employment
Districts across the state of Texas are in need of teachers in five
critical high need areas. These areas are:
1. Math
2. Science
3. English Language Arts/Reading
4. Special Education and
5. Bilingual Education
South Texas Transition to Teaching will work closely with you to qualify you for one of the high need areas. If qualified, we will prepare you for the TExES exam in your content area. We will also contact the local school districts, providing them with a list of our qualified student candidates.
Job availability listings will be posted and updated at our offices for
your convenience.
We will assist you in your job hunt, application process and interview
skills and once hired, we will work closely with your campus administrators
and mentor teacher to ensure your new teacher induction program serves
your personal and professional needs
